The CPONH Secondee Team Planning meeting February 2020

The CPONH Team meets on a regular basis; for coordination of each other’s Secondments, reporting, experiences and stories. This February meeting, we talked in special about the cooperation with the other city teams; how we can give presentations at the 4-week sessions as planned in the program, to give our insights and experiences from the Dutch situation back to them, for debate and mutual results. Being non- academic means that our income stops during travelling; of course, like most non-academic therefor we have to split Secondments. That asks for extra attention to have a good senseful program during stays out- side these 4-week programs and coupling back results to all partici- pants. The conclusion was: that we offer presentations of team results.
